Ráno nejvíc roztomilé probuzení u irské důchodkyně.
Paní byla extrémně vstřícná a obsluhovala nás u snídaně. Všechny věci byli z konkrétní farmy v okolí a kromě Black pudding (což je nějaká krvavá věc) jsem si to dala. Taky se mi líbilo, jak měla paní vše nazdobené a že hned vedle nás snídaly krávy.
Dali jsme si ještě jednu procházku po Dingle a vyrazili po jižním pobřeží do města Cork.
Cestou jsme podnikli 10 km okruh národním parkem Killarney, kde jsme narazili na poetický opuštěný klášter.
S hustým starým stromem uprostřed.
Pak jsme objevili o kus větší vodopád než včera.
V parku byla hromada obrovských stromů a jezero.
A už jsme směřovali k autu.. Po cestě byla značená nějaká koňská farma, přes kterou jsem chtěla jít a podívat se na kobíky. Na místě jsme zjistili, že to není úplně farma, ale startovací místo koňských vyjížděk po národním parku.
Měli jsme před sebou 1,5 hod do cílového města Cork, kde jsme měli sraz na večeři s Honzovým bývalým lektorem angličtiny, který je Ir a dřív žil v Praze. Samozřejmě jsme neměli čas na koňskou vyjížďku. Ehm.
Tak nakonec musel Honza bez řidičáku dojít pro auto a dojet pro mě, ale stihla jsem aspoň kratké neplánované poježdění na Connemarských ponících.
Slečna „guide“ byla roztomilá 14letá místní studentka, která dvakrát malém spadla, ale zvládli jsme chvilku cválat a ty koně byli prostě zlatý.
Dneska už jsem se cítila celkem v pohodě s řízením vlevo a snažila jsem se po cestě na chvíli vypnout. Dvakrát jsem najela do protisměru, takže o dost horší výsledek než když jedu celou dobu naprosto soustředěná.
Na večeři jsme dorazili jen s 10 min zpožděním a dala jsem si celkem bez rozmýšlení krabí hambáč, abych konečně pochopila o čem celý ten SpongeBob je.
Pak jsme ještě objevili hospodu zasvěcenou Nicolasu Cageovi..
Kde právě probíhala soutěž ve vybarvování kuřat…
